For high productions, complex or very detailed parts manufacturing, the Seluque® doser model D-42/20-Plus can be associated to the Seluque® Cartesian robot model Mobil Master 1.200 with two free axis and projected to work in an area of 1.200 X 1.000 mm, with the following basic technical features:
Control and positioning robot developed for resin with PU (polyurethane bi-component) providing a fast and smooth movement, allowing the drawing of complex lines and draws.
This robot was projected to be installed on the Seluque® heated tables model HOT-001 or on work surfaces existing on the client's company.
Robot with 'brushless' motorization (engine without brushes) and accuracy of 0,5 mm at the positioning at the doser peak, with speed rate and velocities controlled by an intelligent, simple and friendly software.
Robot with a simple operation, with the man-machine interface specially designed, where the operator himself specifies which will be the starting point and direction of the PU applying, and he stores each kind of different products, concluding in a few minutes the robot programming.
New programs can be transferred by the serial door of a common PC, using a vectorial program that you use to develop your final arts!
