Jesimiel de Oliveira Seluque Transforming "problems" in sales


He is graduated as an Electronic Technician and his option was become a salesman. Jesimiel de Oliveira Seluque always had been worried in verifying the clients' necessities to help them. And selling solution, or how he says, "going to the client to let him satisfied not with the aim of selling", that Jesimile set up Seluque, a feeder specialized company for auto parts, food, etc. Soon in the first two years of existence it conquered some customers. Among them, one of the biggest industrial groups of auto parts of the market.

After knowing that one of the branch offices of this group was having problems with some equipment, he made contact and presented his company. Jesimiel received a 'no', the famous "one day we talk again", but he continued calling until he was invited to make a visit. During the meeting, they talk about several subjects but 'that' problem, "there wasn't opportunity for that yet", he remembers. His persistence make him to receive one more opportunity, and at that time they talked about the problems the company was facing.

After more than one year of prospection, Jesimiel considered making archetypes and models of assay before presenting a sales proposal. After six months of work, the team formed by professionals from the two companies had decided the problem and Seluque sold 12 special feeders that had been placed in line. The result was so successful that the matrix of this company, in Germany, sent a letter to the branch office in Brazil praising the solution for the problem. "Until today I am moved when I remember the staff telephoning me to lunch together and to show the letter to me", Jesimiel says, that besides good memories with this sale, he conquered a faithful customer for more than seventeen years.

The investment of time, the disposal to talk with the customer, the free consultation and the products that can always adjust to the purchaser requirements, are the differential that makes Seluque one of the most known companies of Latin America in the branch where it acts, and Jesimiel, the great the responsible for this success, a super salesman.
