Micro oil feeder, of extremely high precision and repeatability, projected to work with lubricated oil of low viscosities.

Technical Features:

  • Volumetric feeder type cylinder of positive displacement
  • Repeatability = ± 0,01g
  • Adjustment of the dosed volume - micrometric screw
  • Precision = 1%measured at the calibration point (work point)
  • Drive - air to be dosed; air to refuel (the pneumatic valves aren't supplied with the feeder)
  • Magnetic piston in the motor cylinder (it authorizes the use of position sensors)
  • Oil feeding - female thread of 1/8 BSP
  • Oil exit - female connection of 1/8 NPT
  • Maximum oil entrance pressure of 2 Bar / cm²
  • Pneumatic feeding:
    minimum = 5 Bar/cm²;
    maximum = 10 Bar/cm²
  • Standardized tracks of work:
    0,01 ~ 0,10 ml
    0,10 ~ 0,50 ml
    0,50 ~ 1,00 ml
    1,00 ~ 2,50 ml
    2,50 ~ 5,00 ml
