Feeder Seluque® for silicon bi-component, Product Code: D - 45

Technical Features:

• The feeder is fed directly from the buckets of 18 to 25 liters of silicon (to be specified)
• Feeders cylinders with electronic adjustment of the volume to be dosed
• Adjustment of the volume to be dosed by IHM (man/ machine interface) of the PLC
• Measurement of the Feeder volume, BY incremental "encoder", bi-directional
• Feeders cylinders with pneumatic adjustment of the dosage speed
• Static mixer headstock
• Headstock automatic laundering
• Solvent tank the headstock cleaning with capacity for 5 liters, stainless steel
• Panel of control mounted in metallic box standard RR, resistant to dust
• Silicon dosage control by PLC Siemens®, compatible with IBM PC®
• Measurement of the dosed silicon volume by "encoder"
• Alarm system for "depleted gel time"
• Selector key of the function automatic/manual
• Pneumatic feeding - filtered, lubricated and dehumidificated air with minimum pressure of 5Bar and maximum of 10 Bar/cm².
