The feeder Seluque® D-31/10 has become the biggest success of sale and today it's used by the best companies, not only label and keychains manufacturers, but auto parts manufacturers; electronic components and component embarked in vehicles and from several branches.

The feeder Seluque®, from D-31/10 family, possesses two tanks: one for resin and another one for the hardener.

The D-31/10 makes the correct dosage of the volume and of the production of resin/ hardening and the mixture of the two components is only made after the headstock, at the static mixer peak, becoming the process of high quality, economy and guarantee of correct mixture, ratio and volume.

The D-31/10 guarantees the hygiene of the work environment, eliminates the cups, spatulas and almotolias (mustarders), used by the old manual processes and finishes with the resin wastefulness - the most expensive input at the label production process and resin keychains.

Moreover, for being a feeder of the volumetric type, of positive displacement, the operator will make extremely small parts (minimum diameter of 10 mm) or of great volumes, without the necessity of difficult or delayed adjustments. The versatility of this feeder is so great that it can work with human operator or industrial robot, only with the adjustment of the applicatory program.

Another characteristic of D-31/10, of extreme importance, is the individual heating of the resin tanks and hardener. The heating of the resin assures constant viscosity and facilitates the work of the operator during the whole year, mainly in the winter and in the rainy season, hindering the epoxy absorption of the air humidity because, as you know, epoxy resins and its hardeners, are very hygroscopic and the humidity compromises the finishing of the resin parts, giving a rough surface, as "orange rind" or a shade, as mist or cloud, in the resin lens, compromising the quality of the finished product.

As the D-31/10 is equipped with micro electronic controller (CLP), with a very "rich and flexible software", the applicatory program takes care of all the necessities of the automatic or manual resin of keychains and labels. If it's necessary, Seluque® develops specific programs for your company, adjusting even more, the performance of the D-31 to your particular necessities.

Options for the Feeder Seluque® D-31/10:

Feeder Seluque® model D-31/10 with electronic controller, however, without the heating system.
This version of the D-31/10 keeps all the characteristics described above, except the heating system. It is indicated for sensible resins to the heat or to work in regions of hot and dry climate.
Feeder Seluque® model D-31/10 with temperature control, however, without the electronic control system.
This version of the D-31/10 keeps the thermal and mechanical characteristics described above and operates as semi-automatic feeder. It is indicated for lower productions or simpler processes, where the operator can keep personal control.
Feeder Seluque® model D-31/10 basic.
This version of the Feeder Seluque® model D-31/10 is the simplest of all. It does not make use of automatism or temperature control, but it keeps the mechanical and pneumatic characteristics of the D-31/10.
It is indicated for small companies or small productions, where simplicity, low cost, versatility and productivity are indispensable factors.
