The Feeder Seluque® D-42/02 is success of sales because it offers to the manufacturers of labels, keychains, souvenirs and auto parts, a practical and economic solution for the manufacture of preliminary series and lots of up to 15.000 to 20,000 labels a day.
With the Feeder Seluque® D-42/02, the manufacturer of souvenirs and labels is free of degasificator; homogeneizator; sealed tanks with nitrogen; transference bombs for polyurethane received in great packages and all the accessories that are only justified for the companies who have enormous productions of labels and resin, what it is not the reality of the great majority of the national manufacturers.
The Feeder Seluque® D-42/02 works with the polyurethanic composition Conoptic® DM-1010, planted, under high vacuum, in 1.000 ml bottles that supplies 2,250 kilograms of mixture. Considering that an average label consumes from1 to 2 g of resin, an only load of the polyurethane Conoptic® DM-1010, manufactures from 1.000 to 2,250 resin labels, at a very low cost.
The Feeder Seluque® D-42/02 is a group of benches equipment, it works mounted in any table and it excuses special installations or acclimatized ones and it doesn't need specialized manpower.

The Feeder Seluque® D-42/02 guarantees the hygiene of the work environment, eliminates the cups, spatulas and almotolias (mustarders), used by the old or manual processes and finishes with the resin wastefulness - the most expensive input at the productive process of label and drawn resin keychains.
The Feeder Seluque® D-42/02 is equipped with a micro electronic controller (PLC), with a "very rich and flexible software", the applicatory program takes care of all the necessities of the automatic or manual resin of keychains and labels. If it's necessary, Seluque® develops specific programs for your company, adjusting the performance of the Feeder Seluque® D-42/02 to your necessities.
The versatility of this Feeder is so great that it can work with human operator or industrial robot, with the simple adjustment of the applicatory program.
