Feeder Seluque® for adherent polyurethane, Product Code: D - 42

Technical Features:

• The feeder is fed directly from the 200 liters drums of the polyurethanic system.
• Feeders cylinders with electronic adjustment of the volume to be dosed.
• Feeders cylinders with pneumatic adjustment of the dosage speed.
• Static mixer headstock equipped with automatic laundering system.
• Automatic laundering of the headstock.
• Solvent tank for the headstock cleaning with capacity for 10 liters, in stainless steel.
• Electronic control of dosages.
• Panel of control mounted in metallic box standard RR, resistant to the dust.
• Control of the dosage and application of the resin controlled by PLC compatible with IBM PC ®.
• Socket for nitrogen of tamponament for the poliol and isocyanate drums.
• Poliol and isocyanate feeders sealing by DOP. (dyoctyl phthalate).
• Tumblers of drum for the packages of products that aren't included at the supplying.
• Alarm system for "depleted gel time".
• Laundering automatic system of the headstock.
• Automatic purges system, to prevent clogging of the headstock and the static mixer peak.
• Selector key of the function automatic/manual.
• Revolving table equipped with alternating current motor and variator of speeds.
• Pneumatic feeding - filtered, lubricated and dehumidificated air with minimum pressure of 5Bar and maximum of 10 Bar/cm².
• Electric feeding in 220 Vac. single-phase.
• Color - spotted areas - epoxy ivory RAL-1015 (except opposite specification).
