Doser Seluque® model D-42/20-Plus for polyurethane bicomponent
The doser Seluque® D-42/20-Plus is the best solution concerning to cost/benefit for high productions of labels and other resinateds with PU.
The doser Seluque® D-42/20-Plus works with packages of 20, 60 or 200 liters, supplied by PU manufacturers.
This is raw material and labor saving, without saying the low cost of resin!
The doser Seluque® D-42/20-Plus has degasificators that guarantee the total expelling of suspension bubbles at the PU mixture, producing high quality pieces.
If you already have degasificators, the doser Seluque® D-42/20-Plus can work with simple intermediate tanks, decreasing the manufacturing cost and your investment in equipment.
The doser Seluque® D-42/20-Plus has an electric panel equipped with an electronic controller with intelligent software and it's simple to operate, by an operator as well by the Cartesian robot Seluque® model Mobil Master 1.200.
