The feeders Seluque®, from the family D-35 have two tanks: one for the resin and another one for the hardener.

The feeder Seluque® D-35 makes the correct feeding of the volume and proportion of the resin / hardener and the mixture of both components only is made after the headstock, at the static mixer peak, turning the process of high quality, economy and guarantee of correct mixture, proportion and volume.

The feeder Seluque® D-35 guarantees the hygiene of the work environment, eliminating the cups, spatulas and almotolias (mustarders), used by the old manual processes and it ends with the resin wastefulness - the expensive input at the productive process.

Another characteristic of extreme importance of the feeder Seluque® D-35 is the individual heating of the resin tanks and hardener. The resin heating assures the constant viscosity and facilitates the work of the operator all year long, mainly at the winter and rainy seasons, hindering the humidity absorption of the air because, as you know, the epoxy resins and its hardeners are very hygroscopic and the humidity compromises the finishing of the resined parts, giving a rough surface, like "orange rind" or a shadow, like fog or cloud, at the resin lent, compromising the quality of the finished product.

As the feeder Seluque® D-35 is equipped with an electronic micro controller (CLP), with a very rich and flexible "software", the applicative program attends to all the necessities of automatic or manual resining.

If it's necessary, Seluque® can develop specific programs for your company, adjusting even more the performance of the feeder Seluque® D-35 to your personal necessities.
