The degasificator Seluque®, model DGS-001 is used for the retreat of air and gases in suspension in liquids of drops to discharges viscosities.
The DGS-001 are projected from the basic characteristics of the product to be degasificate.
Thus, they can be equipped with a great number of accessories that seek to increase your efficiency and to facilitate the degasification process.
Characteristics of the product:
- Capacities of the tank - 4; 7; 30 and 60 liters (other volumes - contact us)
- Visor for accompaniment of the degasification process
- Flashlight to illuminate the interior of the degasificator
- Depressurization valve with air filter
- Vacuometer gauged at mili Bar
- Vacuum entrance provided of sphere valve
- Valve of safety for on pressure
- Electric control panel of the degasification processo
- Motor electric reducer (monophase or triphasic)
- Shovels homogenizators with special drawings
- Electric panel equipped with PLC (programmable logical controller)
- Thermal belts for resin heating, with adjustable temperature of atmosphere to +120 ºC
- Alarms; clock; interlocks and other requirements - under consultation.
