Degasificator DGS-001

The degasificator Seluque®, model DGS-001 is used for the air withdrawal and gases in suspension in liquids of decreases to high viscosities.
The DGS-001 are projected to from the basic characteristics of the to be degasificated product. Thus, they can be equipped with a great number of accessories that aim the increasing of its efficiency and to facilitate the degasification process
Basic Technical Features:
- Capacities of the tank - 7; 20; 30 and 60 liters (other volumes - under consultation).
- Viewer for accompaniment of the degasification process.
- Lantern to illuminate the degasificator interior.
- Depressurization valve with airfield traffic.
- Vacuum-gauge calibrated in mili Bar.
- Vacuum entrance provided with sphere valve.
- Safety valve stops on pressure.
- Electric panel of control of the degasification process.
- Electric moto reducer (single-phase or three-phase).
- Homogeneizator shovels with special drawings.
- Electric panel equipped with PLC (programmable logical controlling).
- Thermal brace for resin heating, with adjustable temperature of environment to +120 ºC.
- Alarms; clock; interlocks and other questions - under consultation.
Obs.: The vacuum bomb isn't incorporated.
