The hydropneumatic converter Seluque® model CNV-001 is destined to grease centers of the small and large port. The hydropneumatic converter Seluque® assures the perfect isolation between the high-pressure grease shaft, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the grease feeders Seluque® model DR-001 and other accessories used and at the grease centers.
With the use of the hydropneumatic converters Seluque® model CNV-001, it is much easier and safe the implantation of "poka yoke" systems, which today is requirement of any assembly plant or manufacturer of auto parts.
Finally, the hydropneumatic converter Seluque® can be used as accumulative or grease lung, working as grease reservoir in isolated ranks of work or grease centers of very small port.
The hydropneumatic converters Seluque® are supplied with different capacities; with sensors of low and high level electromagnetic for equipment with electronic controls and with magneto-pneumatic sensors for equipment 100% pneumatic, that still can be associated to automatic or manual systems of grease feeding.
Technical Features:
- Pneumatic pressure of work: minimum = 5 Bar / cm² maximum = 10 Bar / cm².
- Valve regulator of pneumatic pressure.
- Manometer indicator of the work pressure.
- Pneumatic connection of entrance = female thread of 1/4 BSP.
- Hydraulical connection of grease entrance and exit = female thread of 3/8 NPT.
- Body constructed in natural extruded and anodized aluminum.
- Pneumatic vedations in nitrilic rubber.
- Hydraulical vedations in fluorocarbon
- Filter "Y" at the grease entrance.
- Standardized capacities = 300 ml; 1.000 ml and 2.000 ml of grease.
